I came into this groundbreaking telehealth startup as a customer experience agent (and the 7th employee ever) and had the chance to work on their original video content, social media, email copywriting, and more. In my year there, I strategically built their Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook from the ground up, managing an active customer base across all platforms.
After departing in 2019, I’m proud to say my comprehensive Social Media Guidelines are still being used today, and the tutorials we created help people better understand and advocate for their hearing health.
Nature’s Eats
community management
I was so excited to join Nature’s Eats as a community manager and help them grow a highly engaged followership on their Instagram. Over the course of one year, I helped the Brandfire design team connect with influencers, run contests, and create lifelong customers of this innovative, upbeat, and sometimes cheeky Texas-based health food company.

Working at McGraw Hill gave me so many opportunities to branch out and stretch my creative muscles (and who doesn’t love that?)
Between curating higher education content, writing copy, designing social graphics, and managing a social calendar with 6 separate platforms, I also had the chance to launch their IGTV channel and work closely with their various forms of video content.
